Your Main Tasks Will Be
Conform data collection and analysis for process mapping
Value stream mapping to define “as-is analyses” and come up with recommendations for a future state based on business needs
Ensure that best practices and key learnings are captured, communicated and utilized across the organization
Assist in implementation of a monitoring and measurement system giving all participants and stakeholders a clear view of program status and performance against business objectives
Collaborates with other business units and external stakeholders as needed on behalf of the Portfolio Excellence & Reporting team to produce project outcomes

In Addition You Are/have
Formal education: Master or PhD in Technical area, i.e. engineering, science or similar
Good analytic skills and LEAN toolbox with clear track-record of using LEAN principles and culture
Good communication, training, consulting and team facilitating skills
Experience with product- or technology development within Biotechnology considered a plus
Able to effectively deal with difficult situations and conflicts
Fluent in English, verbal and written

You are able to handle multiple projects, deadlines and outcomes with the ability to shift priorities as needed as Chr. Hansen is a very dynamic organization. You want to work and influence all levels of the organization og can identify needed system integrations and process automation– either through own insight or collaboration with our R&D digital IT team.

You bring a degree in an Engineering discipline with minimum 5 years relevant experience, alternatively a minimum of 10 years experience in a project management role. Either profile requires a track record of delivering large, complex projects within ideally the Food or FMCG industry. Experience and knowledge within dairy and/or automated logistic technologies such as AGVs and automated warehouses would be an advantage. Other key areas include
Good understanding of procurement and finance processes, with the ability to build a strong business case and negotiate contracts.
Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, enabling you to build networks and drive decision making. You will be required to manage change and deliver improved ways of working.
Evidence of managing multiple projects at one time, balancing time and priorities to ensure success.
Fluency in English is essential and it would be an advantage if you speak Danish, Swedish, German or Dutch.

Handle, track and follow up on sensitive consumer complaints
Support & coach Consumer Engagement Service
Review quality performance with business categories
Nordic Management System – internal audits, process and management review
Quality specification coordination
Coordinate product compliance by design from raw material to product (GREAT)

Being a member of the management team within Product Management, this is a managerial position with a functional responsibility. It is a matter of leading the matrix and leading through others with no direct reports.
Knowledge gathering and –management of compliance data and regulation required for the business unit and supply chain such as Food Contact Materials - Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, Food Contact Material legislation globally, Dual use, US content, Export control, Conflict minerals and Custom Tariff coding.
Ensuring that compliance is integrated into the business strategy for the business unit
Internally influencing a proactive approach towards regulatory compliance through knowledge within the field and its interrelation with our business processes
Driving compliance as a competitive advantage
Interacting with Sales Companies and customers on specific compliance related questions and challenges
Initiating, coordinating, supporting and implementing major cross functional activities within the company and within the field of regulatory compliance
Within competence area, initiating, leading and participating also in advanced consultations, investigations, development, audits & quality work
Globally guiding colleagues in company procedures and applicable laws
Ensuring that necessary export control procedures and workflows are available and implemented to all relevant employees globally
Up to 40 travel days a year must be expected.

招聘岗位：健康食品研发人员 1-2名
岗位职责：
1、负责健康食品感官评价的组织实施并统计分析工作；
2、开展保健食品、特殊膳食食品等相关的功效验证及毒理学评价；
3、负责与合作方交流对接以及配合相关产品的研发工作。

Candidates must be trained in fermentation and software control systems and have a previous experience working in microbial fermentation labs (with activities involving Class 1 GMOs). The candidate must have experience in:

Independently running microbial fermentations in different configurations
Control system interfaces and data analysis / export
Preparing microbiological media, buffers and other solutions
Sterilization of growth media and solutions as well as laboratory glassware
Additionally the candidate must be:

Having advanced computer skills and comfortable working with Matlab and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Able to efficiently communicate with other members of an international research team in English
